Sterling Garage first opened its doors in January 1980 specialising in Volkswagen and Audi. Within 5 years we had outgrown our original building and moved to larger premises. We opened a Body Shop and a Spares Department selling parts for early air-cooled VWs such as Camper Vans and Beetles. The business went from strength to strength and we soon took on all makes of cars and commercial vehicles.

After more than 30 years at Sterling Estate in Newbury, we moved to our current location in Faraday Road. Now firmly established and with a great reputation, we have built up a large, loyal customer base – not only private customers but we also have fleet contracts for commercial vehicles with large companies including Thames Water, EMCOR and BDZ Holdings.

 

Our years of experience, expert knowledge and the latest diagnostic equipment and tools enable us to deliver the very best service to our customers. Our pride in our work ensures your vehicle will be serviced or repaired to the highest possible standard.

 

We offer a wide range of service options and repairs including welding, air conditioning servicing and engine rebuilds. We can also arrange your annual MOT.
